Female Trainee Manager in a Restaurant

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Female Trainee Manager to join our restaurant team in China. As a Trainee Manager, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of restaurant management while receiving dedicated training and mentorship from our experienced managers. This position is well-suited for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the hospitality industry and grow with a reputable restaurant brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Learn and follow all company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in staff training activities, including on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Observe and learn various roles within the restaurant, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and managerial tasks.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
  • Collaborate with the management team in developing and implementing strategies to improve restaurant performance.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Assist in managing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, providing prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and guidance to enhance their skills and proficiency.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market demands, and competition to contribute to the restaurant’s growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Female, ideally with previous experience or educational background related to hospitality or restaurant management.
  • Passionate about the food and beverage industry, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a managerial role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and management.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate with a diverse team and customer base.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per operational needs.
  • Familiarity with restaurant operations, food safety regulations, and customer service best practices would be advantageous.
  • Ability to adapt to changes and take on new responsibilities as required.

Salary:
The salary for this position will range from 3500RMB to 6000RMB, depending on candidate experience and qualifications.
